NB: The term 'merchant' in this document refers to the merchant who owns this particular store.

• Choose the items you wish to buy by adding them to your shopping basket (via the 'Add' button on the product page).

• You can find items by browsing through the various categories, or by using the search facility (where this is available).

• When you have finished shopping and are ready to order, click the 'Order' button.

• You will be presented with a form where you can enter your shipping/billing address details. Some fields may be mandatory (indicated by an asterisk).

  NB: The billing details you provide must be identical to those filed with your bank or credit card provider.

• When you have filled the form out correctly, click the 'Next' button.

• You will be taken to the credit card form. Here you must enter your credit card details. Again, some fields may be mandatory.

• When you have completed the credit card form and wish to place your order, click the 'Finish' button.

  By clicking the 'Finish' button, you will...

  • complete the ordering process and your offer to buy the goods will be sent to the merchant.

  • empty your basket.

  • receive an e-mail acknowledgement of your order.

  Before clicking 'Finish' you may...

  • modify any information you have supplied by using the back buttons and editing your details.

  • change the contents of your shopping basket i.e. change item quantites, remove items, add items, or empty the basket.

  • cancel the ordering process (you will be taken to the store home page).

• Finally, you will be presented with a page which displays your Order Number. Please note this down for your own reference.

• This store uses cookies to track customers. Please ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser.

• All forms in this store have data validation which prevents you entering invalid data types/formats, e.g. numeric data into a text only field.

• All personal information supplied by you in the ordering process is encrypted (using SSL) before being sent to ShopKeeper's secure server.

• ShopKeeper stores some of your details to make your shopping experience easier. For example, once you have placed an online order, on subsequent visits you will find ShopKeeper has automatically filled in the address form with your details.

  NB: This feature requires that your browser retains its cookies across shopping sessions.
  NB: ShopKeeper does not store your credit card number.
